This is for all of you who are glued to a screen. Go to YouTube put John Slater aikido in the search box and there should be a video of John doing ni-no-kata the second jo kata. Those of you who are more recent members might wonder about the banging noises. They are badminton players. The video was shot at the Chorley club at Clayton Green Sports Centre.
